ZOZEN's 200-Ton Superheated Gas Boiler Boosts Energy Conservation in China

In a bustling season of harvest at the shores of Lake Tai, the Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd. springs into action. Seven trailers arrived early at the ZOZEN plant, ready to transport four of the SZS series superheated steam gas boilers to support local energy conservation and environmental goals.

Having celebrated over three decades of industry leadership, ZOZEN, backed by its robust technological expertise and manufacturing prowess, stands as a vanguard in the domestic industrial boiler sector. After a thorough on-site evaluation of ZOZEN's production base, Zhejiang Hengxi Energy Co., Ltd., established in 2021 with a focus on electricity and thermal energy production, recognized ZOZEN's prowess. The advanced automation in ZOZEN's workshops, cutting-edge processing techniques, and stringent quality control measures collectively ensure the boiler products' unmatched quality. As a result, a successful partnership was formed for the supply of four SZS series superheated steam gas boilers, boasting a combined capacity of 200 tons.

In a strategic move, ZOZEN custom-designed these boilers with a modular approach to minimize transportation costs, ensuring both convenient transport and ease of installation. Considering the inherent heat loss in long-distance steam transport, the SZS series is engineered to significantly reduce condensation during transfer, guaranteeing a stable and efficient heat source. This boiler system also maintains rigorous standards in water treatment, operational parameters, and boiler operations, ensuring long-term stable performance.

High-Efficiency Operation: Featuring a dual drum, large furnace, a highly airtight full-membrane water-cooling wall, and an economizer harnessing flue gas waste heat, this triad guarantees an impressive thermal efficiency of up to 100% for the ZOZEN superheated steam gas boiler. Such attributes solidify the boiler's long-term operational efficiency, making it a reliable heat source for Hengxi Energy.

Eco-Friendly: Natural gas, compared to traditional coal, serves as a cleaner fuel. It offers more uniform combustion with air, ensuring higher thermal efficiency. ZOZEN's SZS series leverages state-of-the-art low-nitrogen burners and combustion techniques, achieving NOx emissions of ≤30mg/Nm³ and natural gas consumption below 72 cubic meters per ton of steam. This not only aligns with environmental protection initiatives but also underscores energy conservation.

Upon this project's completion, Wenling aims to phase out eight coal-fired boilers, totaling 200 tons, in the Shitang Town's Upper Horse Industrial Park. This move is expected to conserve up to 45882.09 tons of standard coal annually, helping the city reach its Five-Year Plan and annual energy conservation goals.
