The heat energy temperature required for the production of this project shall be 330 ℃. ZOZEN has designed a gas-fired superheated steam boiler with working pressure of 2.5Mpa. After scientific calculation, ZOZEN's engineers reasonably arranged the superheater of the boiler, and controlled the superheated steam temperature within a small fluctuation range, ensuring stable performance. At the same time, the drum is equipped with steam-water separator, which ensures the high dryness of steam.

Considering that the flue gas temperature is relatively high during the operation of superheated steam boiler, the direct emission will cause a large amount of heat loss. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the system, the economizer, condenser, air preheater and other devices can be arranged to effectively absorb the waste heat of the flue gas. Through energy efficiency test, the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN gas-fired superheated steam boiler can reach over 98%, which effectively improves the economic benefit of enterprises.
