On the one hand, the oil-fired boiler serves as the auxiliary boiler in power plants, on the other hand, it also meets the winter heating needs of some surrounding areas. After in-depth investigation, the power plant finally decided that the partner was ZOZEN Boiler.

ZOZEN SZS series oil-fired superheated steam boiler was provided to serve this project, it adopts well-structure drum and steam separator to reduce the water content and ensure the good quality of the steam. In order to improve the energy-saving effect, spiral finned tube economizer and condenser are added at the end of the boiler, which effectively reduce the flu gas temperature, and the thermal efficiency is over 98%.

The boiler control system also applies the advanced automatic control technology and self-protective function, which ensures the stable and steady operation of the boiler. In addition, ZOZEN Boiler will conduct the leak air test on each set of the SZS series boiler before the delivery, to make sure the gas tightness of the boiler, so as to prevent heat loss and safety accidents.
