The chemical business department of Sinochem has many chemical projects across the country, including the fluorine chemical industrial base of Sinochem Lantian Group located in Chenzhou, Hunan Province. This time, ZOZEN Boiler reached the cooperation with Hongyuan Chemical controlled by Sinochem Lantian Group to provide the stable steam supply for Sinochem Lantian Chenzhou Base.

Sinochem Lantian Chenzhou Base currently owns three companies: Yizhang Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Sinochem Fluorine New Materials Co., Ltd. and Hunan Sinochem Lantian Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. Yizhang Hongyuan Chemical has built the production lines with an annual output of 80,000 tons of aluminum fluoride, 210,000 tons of drying fluorite, 130,000 tons of various kinds of fluoride salt, and is building the production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons of trifluorochlor oethylene, which has promoted the coordinated development of mining and chemical industry, organic fluorine and inorganic fluorine production.

In order to promote the green mine construction and economic development, Hongyuan Chemical decided to replace the gas producer with natural gas to provide energy for the whole plant, and also to introduce a set of 20 tph gas-fired steam boiler to improve its own heating capacity and provide heat source for Chenzhou Fluorine Company. Meanwhile, Hongyuan Chemical adopts the advanced aluminum fluoride technology, so the company sets high requirements for the boiler performance in order to ensure the high product quality and stable production. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler is featured with sufficient output, high steam quality, high thermal efficiency and low emissions of NOx and sulfide, which can meet the requirements of Hongyuan Chemical for boiler performance and environmental protection.

ZOZEN gas-fired boiler has excellent energy-saving and eco-friendly performance which leads the boiler industry. The whole production process of ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired boiler has more than 20 procedures including blanking, rolling, automatic longitudinal and circumferential seam welding, hydrostatic test and so on. According to the standard design drawing, ZOZEN has established a complete set of technological processes and standards.

What's more, the boiler steam drum, as an important pressure-bearing component of gas-fired boiler, has strict requirements for the processing technology. ZOZEN Boiler adopts the CNC drum drilling machine which has high drilling accuracy and error size within 1mm, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and quality. The precise technology combined with the reasonable size design of upper steam drum and steam-water separator, can reduce the water contained in the steam and improve the steam quality.
