ZOZEN completes the commissioning of the gas-fired superheated steam boiler for Yangpu Xin’ao Energy

Recently, the first phase of Yangpu Xin'ao Energy fanneng microgrid project has been completed and put into production, which fills the gap of Yangpu fanneng network and marks a new step  of Yangpu modern energy system. As the gas-fired boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of gas-fired condensing superheated steam boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 50 tph. ZOZEN's professional and considerate boiler installation service also helped Xin'ao Energy start the production as scheduled.

Outside the enterprise workshop in Yangpu Bonded Port area, a large amount of steam was gushed out from the pipeline to ensure the pipeline cleanliness. After the final inspection work for the heat insulation effect of the pipeline outer layer, the steam would be transferred to the workshop for use.

Due to the COVID-19, the project schedule was affected . However, as the gas-fired steam boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN technicians overcame the difficulties brought by COVID-19 and arrived the construction site as soon as possible to ensure the boiler installation progress.

It is known that the ZZ series gas-fired superheated steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler is the field assembled boiler. The installation of this boiler is a heavy work with complicated construction process and  long period. The installation company should weld the boiler parts on site according to the design drawing, and the welding needs radiographic inspection according to the boiler regulations. In order to ensure the expected effect of the design, ZOZEN technicians were stationed at the scene to guide the boiler installation work, especially the construction sequence of the furnace wall. The front part of the convection tube bundle area is an in-line structure, and the rear part is a dilute staggered structure.

With the guidance of ZOZEN technicians and the joint efforts of installation team, the gas-fired boiler installation was progressing smoothly. For more than half a year since the construction of the whole project, ZOZEN Boiler had always adhered to the work schedule of Xin'ao Energy to actively promote the project progress and wholeheartedly complete the guidance of boiler installation, hydrostatic test, auxiliary equipment installation and so on. With the first phase of Yangpu Xin'ao Energy fanneng microgrid project was put into production, ZOZEN successfully completed the on-site service.
