The user purchased a set of biomass-fired reciprocating grate boiler from ZOZEN Boiler. The boiler was put into use not long ago, it mainly provided the steam and heat energy for the autoclaved curing process.

In the early stage of the project, ZOZEN technicians learnt that the biomass fuel chosen by the user had high water content, which was not easy to ignite. The reciprocating grate boiler can mix the fuel completely, and accelerate the combustion of the biomass fuel.

The general manager of ZOZEN emphasized on the boiler combustion system, the configuration of this biomass boiler system has been upgraded, from hydraulic feeding to three-stage hydraulic driven reciprocating grate, all of which are advanced boiler auxiliary equipment in the market, which makes it easier to operate and greatly improves the work efficiency.
