Turkey State Grid Corporation Accepted ZOZEN Biomass Boiler Power Plant Project

Recently, with the full assistance of the after-sales technicians of ZOZEN Boiler, the 1500KW biomass boiler power generation project in Aksaray, Turkey, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation according to the original plan.

Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, all the equipment and technical personnel of the project arrived at the project site on June 10th, and the acceptance was originally planned to be completed by the end of June.

In just over 20 days, the installation of ZOZEN Biomass boiler has been fully rolled out, and it is progressing smoothly. At first, ZOZEN Boiler cooperated with the construction unit, the installation team and the steam turbine manufacturer to communicate with each other for many times, fully considered various factors, and worked out a detailed plan.

According to the plan, ZOZEN technicians stationed at site instruct the installers to carry out assembly, boiler erection and wiring operations in strict accordance with the boiler installation drawings, with an average working time of 13 hours per day. In addition, in order to cooperate with the commissioning of the unit, ZOZEN technicians are fighting all night. Finally, before the end of the month, the construction of the biomass boiler was completed on time and in quality.

The actual power generation capacity of ZOZEN biomass boiler exceeds the design by about 9%

At 16:00 local time on June 29, ZOZEN biomass boiler was officially put into operation to preheat the steam supply for the generator, and the unit began to generate electricity with load. After a period of operation adjustment, ZOZEN biomass boiler, steam turbine and accessory equipment were in good condition, and were successfully connected to the grid at 4:00 am on the 30th, obtained the high recognition of State Grid Corporation of Turkey. It successfully completed the system acceptance.

The actual generating capacity of ZOZEN biomass boiler project exceeds the design value

After several hours of continuous operation, the actual power generation of the biomass boiler generator set reaches 1635 KW, which is 9% higher than the design value of 1500 KW, and exceeds the expected effect.
