HAI DUONG PAPER JSC established VIET THANG PACKING COMPANY LIMITED in Hanoi, specializing in white paper production. This paper mill planned to purchase one set of 20 tph steam boiler for preheating raw materials, drying, sizing and other production process. In response to global green development, the company made a decision to order a set of high- efficiency and low-emission coal-fired boiler.

The domestic traditional coal-fired boiler in Vietnam is already unable to meet the growing demands of this paper mill, so the company decided to order a new boiler to use in production. The CFB boiler has the wide adaptability of coal types including bituminous coal, lean coal, anthracite and inferior coal, the thermal efficiency can reach above 86%. It adopts advanced circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology, which is a low-temperature combustion mode, so the nitrogen oxide emission can reduce to 100mg/Nm³. CFBC can desulfurize directly during the combustion process, and the desulfurization efficiency is high.

Large furnace and low velocity design reduce scouring abrasion and prolong the retention period of coal particles in the furnace, contributing to complete combustion of coal particles. The bell-type wind cap distributes air average and avoids fuel returning to wind chamber, ensuring the high combustion efficiency and low emission.
