This time, according to the demands of Heze Huihao Textile, ZOZEN customized a set of 36 tph DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler. The boiler proper is a single drum arranged longitudinally. The drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiant heating surface of the furnace. The furnace is heightened according to the biomass pellet characteristics. Meanwhile, the grate adopts the suitable high temperature resistant grate bar materials to improve the grate reliability and ensure the safety production of the boiler.

It is commendable that the biomass-fired boiler also adopts the intelligent SNCR denitration system. Via the control of multiple air dampers on the grate, the ratio of primary air to secondary air can be controlled reasonably to control the furnace temperature within the range of high denitrification rate, so as to effectively reduce the original emission of NOx. After the boiler combustion, the flue gas is treated by the secondary dust removal and dual-alkali separation devices. The treated exhaust gas is discharged through an 18-meter high exhaust cylinder, which can control the NOx emission within 100mg/Nm3, so as to meet the environmental protection standards for the key control areas in Shandong Province.
