ZOZEN's statement on COVID-19
Dear customers, suppliers and partners,
The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected our lifestyle and the way we do business. We totally understand and appreciate your concerns. And, we are closely monitoring the global epidemic situation as you, while actively responding to the emergency followed by the recommendations of the government and health departments. We promise to take the safety and health of customers and employees as the top priority.
ZOZEN has officially resumed production on February 11. All departments and production lines have been operated orderly and the boiler projects are progressing as planned. At this special time, we issued the following statement to share the effective measures that we have taken to deal with the epidemic.
In order to provide employees with a safe and secure working environment, ZOZEN arranges daily temperature measurements and registrations for every employee, inquires about their health status, uniformly distributes medical masks, provides COVID-19 prevention training for employees, increases the frequency of disinfection of equipment and office areas and rearranges the office layout to ensure the distance of employees is longer than 2 meters.
At present, in order to provide customers with best service, we need to maintain smooth communications with customers more than ever. Therefore, ZOZEN fully upgrades the online services to overcome the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 epidemic according to actual requirements of customers.
1. ZOZEN provides free services such as online boiler selection guidance and boiler system design for customers have problem with face-to-face communication.
2. ZOZEN provides online visit service for customers who cannot visit the workshop because of the epidemic situation. The customers can fully learn about the company strength, production technologies and facilities of ZOZEN through the online visit service.
3. ZOZEN firstly starts industrial live broadcast mode for customers who want to know the order progress, which can facilitate the communication with customers and show the production progress.
4. In terms of after-sales service, ZOZEN gives priority to emergency situations and promises the service channels are unblocked, and the after-sales service such as spare parts delivery, failure, and equipment maintenance will be carried out by online live broadcast mode.
During the epidemic, ZOZEN launched the gas-fired(oil-fired) skid-mounted boilers which complete the installation and commissioning before delivery. Once connected the water, electricity and gas, the boilers can be put in use without installation. Meanwhile, ZOZEN will pay special attention to the orders related to the COVID-19, such as boilers for hospitals, face mask production lines and pharmaceutical companies, which are essential weapons to fight against the epidemic.
