Actively responding to COVID-19, ZOZEN starts the industrial live broadcast mode

ZOZEN has cooperated with Samsung Electronics for 8 years. Affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, Samsung Electronics’ plan of visiting the hydraulic test of ZOZEN was suspended. In response to the situation, ZOZEN applied live broadcast to  the industrial area and started the new industrial live broadcast mode.

ZOZEN firstly started industrial live broadcast and obtained approval from Samsung Electronics

The water injection was started at 2:00 pm on March 27^th. With the rising of water pressure, the live broadcast of the hydraulic test was officially started. The hydraulic test is one of the important boiler safety inspection tests, which can check the tightness of the boiler pressure parts and is of great significance to improve the safety of the boiler.

ZOZEN has made full preparations for this live broadcast. The all-round and multi-angle live broadcast not only showed the panorama of the hydraulic test but also displayed the operating procedures of the staff as well as the details of the pressure gauge. Through this kind of all-round live broadcast, the project team of Samsung Electronics even can even watch the hydraulic test better than a site visit.

The project team of Samsung Electronics also visited the production base online while waiting for the result of the hydraulic test. With the live broadcast lens of Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu Xing, the project team of Samsung Electronics had a better understanding of the production lines of ZOZEN and learned about the manufacturing advantages of advanced automated production lines. The live broadcast was completed successfully.
