At 10:00 am on March 17, 2020, with well preparations, ZOZEN operators successfully ignited the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler for Jinxilong Food and started the commissioning work, which laid a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the gas-fired boiler.

The successful ignition of the boiler comes from meticulous preparations of ZOZEN installation staff. They repeatedly checked and rectified the boiler proper, water supply system, pipelines, and valves before installation. In addition, the installation of the boiler project is carried out during the epidemic period. In the face of the epidemic, ZOZEN actively organized the management and the construction staff, strictly implemented the requirements of the government, strengthened the on-site epidemic control, which not only ensured the health and safety of staff but also smoothly carried out the project and completed the installation of the WNS series gas-fired boiler within the agreed time.

Founded in 2014, Julu County Jinxilong Food Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production and sales of monocrystalline, polycrystalline rock sugar, cotton sugar, brown sugar, etc. The annual production of rock sugar has reached up to 30,000 tons. With a clear and sweet taste and effects of relieving cough and phlegm, rock sugar is widely used in food and health products. The consumption of rock sugar is also increasing. Therefore, Jinxilong Food decided to expand the production scale of single crystal and polycrystalline rock sugar.

High-temperature steam plays an important role during the production process of rock sugar. The temperature of cooking and crystallization directly affects the quality of rock sugar. Therefore, Jinxilong Food clearly required the heating steam parameters for cooking sugar, the pressure should be 0.5-0.8MPa, and the temperature should be controlled at 158.07-174.53℃. If the temperature of boiling sugar is too high, sugar will produce more caramel pigments; if the temperature is too low, long time of boiling sugar will reduce the crystallization rate of white sugar.

In order to meet the temperature requirements of the rock sugar production lines of Jinxilong Food, ZOZEN adopted an automatic control system to ensure the stable output of high-quality steam. The temperature sensor continuously collected and transmitted temperature data to the controller to control the burner, which ensured the production of rock sugar and obtained trust from Jinxilong Food.

The threaded smoke tubes, convection tube bundles and other boiler components of WNS series gas-fired boilers are all manufactured by advanced automatic production lines. The uniform size of the boiler components makes it easier to assemble the components and extends the service life of the boiler.
