As a kind of Luzhou-flavor liquor, Yingjia liquor is produced by distillation of high-quality grains, such as sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, and corn. The brewing process requires high-quality steam, which directly affects the purity and output of liquor.

Yingjia Distillery has been an advocate of ecological brewing for a long time. The ecological brewing technology and ecological cycle advocated by Yingjia Distillery indicate its social responsibility. During the production process of Luzhou-flavor liquor, high-quality gas fuel which contains 70% CH₄, biogas, is generated after the anaerobic fermentation of distilled water and washed water. With a high calorific value, biogas can be directly used as boiler fuel, which not only can reduce energy consumption and air pollution but also has significant economic and social benefits.

ZOZEN technical team overcomes two technical difficulties of biogas-fired boilers

After an in-depth understanding of the actual requirements of Yingjia distillery, ZOZEN technical team and the burner manufacturer jointly customized a special burner for Yingjia distillery, which met the needs of simultaneous and separate use of natural gas and biogas and ensured the stable operation of the boilers.

Meanwhile, the hydrogen sulfide in biogas is easy to generate acidic substances when encountering water, which will corrode the boiler proper. To solve this problem, ZOZEN technical team scientifically adjusted the SZS series biogas-fired boiler system and set reasonable exhaust gas temperature to reduce the generation of acidic substances, which ensured the thermal efficiency of boilers and prolonged the service life of boilers.

The installation of ZOZEN SZS series biogas-fired boiler has been completed

At present, the installation of this series of biogas-fired boiler has been basically completed. The gas pipelines are still under construction. Once the preparatory work is completed, ZOZEN will dispatch professional technicians to start the commissioning of the boiler.
