ZOZEN SZS series low NOx hot water boilers write a new chapter in ZOZEN-Hatou cooperation

At 9 am on December 8th, Pioneer 298 gas-fired boiler of Harbin Hatou Investment Co., Ltd. was successfully test-ignited, and had been put into production. From the contract signing in August this year to the manufacture, installation and commissioning of the boiler, Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd. and Hatou Group have worked together to ensure the successful commissioning of the SZS series of low NOx gas-fired hot water boilers.

Harbin Hatou Investment Co., Ltd. thermal power plant was founded in 1981 and is mainly engaged in the production and supply of electricity and heat. In recent years, the government has stepped up efforts to control the air environment, and requires that coal-fired power plants and large-scale central heating coal-fired boilers with reform conditions should completed ultra-low emission transformation by 2020. For this reason, Hatou Thermal Power Plant decided to purchase a low NOx gas-fired hot water boiler, and set clear requirements for the environmental protection and efficiency of boiler equipment.

In early August of this year, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of Harbin Hatou Investment Co., Ltd. gas-fired hot water boiler project, replacing coal-fired boilers with newly-built gas-fired boilers to truly realize environmentally friendly heating.

With the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties, the boiler officially entered the manufacturing stage. Efficient and highly-automated production lines, adequate raw material stocking, and scientific 6S on-site management ensure that multiple sets of SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers can be delivered with high quality within the agreed time.

SZS series gas boiler adopts D-type arrangement and water tube structure. The large-volume combustion chamber has good flame fullness and ensures more complete combustion. The combustion chamber uses a narrow-pitch membrane wall, which has good air tightness, no smoke leakage, and high thermal efficiency. The tail of the boiler is equipped with flue gas condensation recovery devices to effectively control the exhaust temperature and make the boiler's thermal efficiency reach over 98%.

After the joint commissioning of the technical staff of ZOZEN and the gas company, Pioneer 298 gas-fired boiler was successfully test-ignited and put into production, becoming the largest single gas-fired hot water boiler in Harbin, whose heating capacity is 29MW, and it can be connected with a heating area of nearly 600,000 square meters, meeting the needs of peak heat regulation in the region during the cold season.

Next, ZOZEN will continue to cooperate with Hatou Thermal Power Plant to complete the installation and commissioning of remaining three coal-to-gas projects in Hongqi demonstration, Liaohe, and Hongqi New Area. It is expected that all projects will be completed before the end of the year to ensure that the people in Harbin live warmly and comfortably through the winter.
