Product Introduction:

D-type water tube boiler is such a kind of boiler whose furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The proper is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways.

Around furnace is membrane water wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection heating bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

Product Introduction:

The former part of A-type boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace; there are dense convection tube bundle between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

π-type water tube boiler is such a kind of boiler whose furnace adopts suspension structure. The membrane wall structure is adopted around the furnace. Boiler ignition is by under-bed oil injection electric ignition. There are primary air and second air for the combustion air supply from different section.

5. The equipment is simple and economic, and the costs of its initial investment and operation are much lower than those of dry pulverized coal furnace and flue gas desulfurization (PC+FCD).
6. The discharged ash residue has good activity and is easy to be comprehensive utilized without secondary ash residue pollution.
7. The load adjustment range is large, and the low load can be reduced to about 30% of the full load.
