Founded in 2002, Wujiang XinYi Textile Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise integrating production and trade of various kinds of high-end fabrics. With the expansion of business, XinYi Textile introduced the ZOZEN DZL series of biomass-fired boiler. This series of steam boiler is a horizontal chain grate boiler. It has excellent safety performance. The extremely low water level electrode can effectively prevent boiler water shortage accidents caused by extremely low water level operation in manual mode and strengthen the safety protection of water level control.
ZOZEN customized the gas-fired hot water boiler system, and recommended several sets of SZS series natural gas fired hot water boilers, which had the characteristics of sufficient output, high thermal efficiency and stable operation. This series of boilers is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D" type chamber structure.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.
This series of double-drum steam boilers adopts a full membrane wall structure with good sealing performance. It is designed with large furnace to ensure full combustion of fuel and the thermal efficiency is over 98%. Meanwhile, this series of gas-fired steam boilers has reliable water circulation. Besides, the arrangement of various safety devices such as explosion-proof doors and flame detectors make the boiler operation safer and more reliable.
The boiler body of WNS series boilers adopts wet-back structure. The combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure of the boiler are automatically adjusted and protected, which can realize fully automatical operation to ensure safety and reliability. The large-diameter corrugated furnace of this boiler ensures sufficient combustion of natural gas. Combined with an advanced low NOx burner, it can easily achieve the requirement of NOx≤30mg/Nm3. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with energy-saving equipment at the end of the boiler flue, so that the boiler thermal efficiency can reach over 98%.
SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. The furnace is on the right and convection tube bank is on the left. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane wall. Furnace and tube bundle are totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of convection tube bank is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
