The Dongwha Finland plant is located in southern Finland. The plant has been owned by Dongwha Enterprises since 2017, mainly produces wide range of different types of impregnated papers. ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of 7 million kcal thermal oil heater to Dongwha Finland under the strict circumstance of COVID-19 pandemic.
ZOZEN Boiler has guided the industrial boiler manufacturing quality for decades. It also has established the technology standards of blanking digitization, automation of welding and assembly moulding to realize the specialized and scale production of boiler's main parts. For further improving the boiler production efficiency and product quality, ZOZEN's Yixing factory introduced a series of new equipment including laser cutting machine, grooving machine, blending machine and sand blasting machine.
Boiler X-ray inspection is based on the difference in the absorption of X-rays by different material thicknesses. The X-ray inspection of boiler is to show the internal defects of materials, parts and welds from the film and image by using the X-ray perspective photography and real-time imaging of industrial television. Such as crack, shrinkage cavity, air hole, slag inclusion, undissolved, incomplete penetration and etc. The quality of materials or products can be evaluated by observing the nature, size and position of defects, so as to prevent major accidents caused by internal defects and poor processing of materials.
On January 6, 2020，ZOZEN successfully held 2020 staff meeting and commendation conference. General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping made a comprehensive and objective summary of the company's development, put forward the development plan of 2020. At the conference, the model employees and excellent teams were presented with awards by General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping.
