ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.

Its annual production capacity of edible oil is 1 million tons and that of condiments is 100,000 tons. ZOZEN's SZS series gas-fired steam boiler and SZS series low NOx gas-fired saturated steam boiler have sufficient heating surface and enough steam and water space to ensure the stability of boiler indexes. Meanwhile, full membrane wall structure can ensure excellent airtightness and thermal efficiency (above 98%). ZOZEN Boiler also adopts ultra low NOx burner via flue gas circulating can ensure the complete combustion of fuel and control the emission of NOx at the same time. It is estimated that boiler's NOx emission is less than 28mg/m3, which completely meets the standards of Environmental Protection Department of Shandong Province.
On Christmas Eve 2019, General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping signed an agreement with Shir Baz Kaminzada, CEO of Baheer group from Afghanistan on the papermaking steam boiler project and established a friendly and cooperative relationship. ZOZEN took another firm step towards the internationalization strategic goal! The heating and dissolving, machine shaping, black slurry concentration and squeeze drying of the chemicals in the pulping process all require heat sources, so the boiler is the main driving force for the production of the paper mill.
SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
