In the production process of permeable pavers, sufficient steam is needed to provide heat source for stirring, pressing, curing and other links. As a new type of pavement material for urban construction, permeable pavers needs to have standard properties such as strength, water permeability, anti-freezing and melting, wear and skid resistance, so the production process of permeable pavers puts forward high requirements for the quality of steam and steam boiler.
The customer company is a professional paper making enterprise. The production process of test liner needs a large amount of steam, before, the customer used a set of biomass-fired boiler to provide heat energy for the production line.In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection, the customer made technical transformation on the biomass boiler to 2 sets of gas-fired steam boilers.
In the process of processing plastic products, the heating and molding of plastics need stable thermal energy support. In order to further expand the scale of production and sales, the customer's plastic plant decided to purchase a set of steam boiler for the heat source supply in the plastic product production line, and required the boiler to have stable heating and sufficient steam output.
The customer project is located in Hainan Province with a total investment of 28 million US dollars in the first phase. After the project is completed, the biomass resources of Yangpu and surrounding cities and counties will be fully used to realize the resource utilization of renewable energy, and the heating steam will be provided for the enterprises in and around the development zone to meet the production needs of relevant enterprises. As the gas-fired boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN boiler provided a set of gas-fired superheated steam condensing boiler with capacity of 50 tph.
