Worldon (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. is an overseas project of Shenzhou International Group and is a clothing company with the concept of green production. The company, fully established and put into production in 2016, mainly produces the knitted garments of international brands such as Nike, Uniqlo, Adidas and so on. In order to meet the increasing production demands and cut the production costs at the same time, Worldon (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. successively purchased 3 sets of high-efficiency and energy-saving SZL series chain grate coal-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN, which effectively improved Worldon's production capacity and product quality, and also realized the goal of energy saving and emission reduction to help Worldon fulfill the green production.
In order to realize the aim of "environmental protection, energy saving, good quality, high efficiency", the company introduced the SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler in 2018, which provided the stable, safe and highly-efficient heat supply for the production line of corrugated paper, effectively enhanced the company's economic benefits and helped the company practice the important social responsibility of protecting the environment.

SZL series steam boiler is a longitudinal double-drum chain grate water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN on the basis of advanced international technology and its own experience. 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. the combustion air system (base) adopts independent compartment and scientific sealing structure; reasonable air conditioning device improves combustion efficiency. The water membrane wall, the front and rear arches and the hearth constitute the boiler furnace, A bank of return convection tube bundles are arranged at the rear of the boiler body to sufficiently absorb the heat released by the combustion. The SZL series chain grate steam boiler system customized by ZOZEN has excellent performance and the thermal efficiency is more than 5% higher than the similar boiler system on the market.
