At the 150,000-square-meter production base of ZOZEN Boiler, ZOZEN foreign trade sales manager was conducting live broadcast with Thailand's customers. Through the mobile phone network, ZOZEN showed the CNC blanking, CNC plate rolling, longitudinal and circumferential welding production lines to Thailand’s customers. In the blanking workshop, ZOZEN CNC vertical lathe was beveling the boiler drum heads with high processing precision, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and overall processing level of boilers.

The welding of horizontal fixed tubes is to weld the tubes which are put in the horizontal or nearly horizontal position. This kind of welding includes three spacial positions: upright, vertical and horizontal (all-position), which puts forward high requirements for the welding technology. Facing the difficulties brought by welding appearance requirements, curvature of tube joint, and small tube diameter, ZOZEN workers are skilled in welding to ensure the welding quality to effectively extend the service life of boilers.

To solve the problem of communicating with overseas customers, ZOZEN Boiler has purchased a complete set of video conference equipment to keep a smooth communication with overseas customers. Recently, ZOZEN Boiler has organized a video conference with a Korean customer about the circulating fluidized bed boiler project. ZOZEN's general manager Zhang, sales vice general manger Liu, boiler designer Yang and domestic sales manager Wang attended the conference.
ZOZEN guides and cultivates different kinds of talents according to their different characteristics and laws of growth. In late July, ZOZEN Boiler launched a three-day job training program for new graduates, which was held by the vice general manager and boiler designer, Zhu Qiuping. As a senior boiler engineer, vice general manager Zhu has more than 30 years of experience in boiler design, especially in designing large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler and gas-fired boiler. He is now the head in charge of ZOZEN Boiler's R&D and design department and is one of the representative persons of ZOZEN Boiler's "soft power".
