After the pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN uses automatic argon arc welding technology to complete the butt welding of steel pipes, and performs X-ray real-time imaging of the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the next production process. The advanced automatic welding machine completes the automatic welding of the longitudinal seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality.
