The reduction of nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers is mainly achieved by burners and increasing the furnace size of boilers. In order to help enterprises save costs and reduce nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers, low-nitrogen transformation can be realized by configuring appropriate low-nitrogen burners and staged combustion technology plus the flue gas internal circulation technology, and the emission can be controlled to be less than 30 mg/m3.
The ignition system of gas-fired boiler adopts high-energy igniter, which belongs to low-voltage capacitive discharge device. Its main structure is composed of nddh high-energy igniter, nddz igniter and nddl shielded ignition cable.
A cornertube boiler is a type of natural circulation water-tube boiler which differentiates itself from other water tube boilers by its characteristic water-steam cycle and a pre-separation of heated steam from the steam-water mixture occurs outside the drum and the unheated downcomers.
Today, there are two main types of green boilers used in different industries: biomass boilers and condensing boilers. Each of these operates in completely different ways to reduce your carbon footprint.
Biomass Boilers
Biomass boilers operate by burning wood and other renewable organic materials to produce heat. There are automatic biomass boilers that control the amount of air and fuel that is used, making them even more efficient. To keep this boiler running, owners will need ample ...
Biogas is the mixture of gases produced by the breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen (anaerobically), primarily consisting of methane and carbon dioxide. Biogas can be produced from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste or food waste. Biogas is a renewable energy source.
Biogas is a byproduct of the decomposition of organic matter by anaerobic bacteria. Biogas is typically composed of 60% methane and 40% CO2...
According to the Wikipedia, Second-generation biofuels, also known as advanced biofuels, are fuels that can be manufactured from various types of non-food biomass. Biomass here means plant materials and animal waste used especially as a source of fuel.
Advanced biofuels are renewable fuels derived from renewable biomass that achieve a fifty percent greenhouse gas emissions reduction over conventional biofuels. The definition of advanced biofuels includes cellulosic biofuels, biomass-bas...
A condensing boiler can condense the water vapour in the flue gases and withstand the corrosive and acidic qualities of the flue gas condensate. Although most boilers can condense the flue gasses, only boilers that have heat exchangers constructed from materials able to withstand the corrosion should be used in condensing application. Condensing boilers with primary and secondary heat exchanger do not work well as they are not able to fully condense and defeat the purpose of using a condensing boiler. Also, boilers with this arrangement are prone to condensation in the primary heat exchanger at lower firing rate which can cause damage to the heat exchanger.
Nox is the generic term for a group of highly reactive gases, all of which contain nitrogen and oxygen in varying amounts. Many of the nitrogen oxides are colorless and odorless. However, one common pollutant, nitrogen dioxide (NO2) along with particles in the air can often be seen as a reddish-brown layer over many urban areas.
Nox forms when fuel is burned at high temperatures, as in a combustion process. The primary sources of Nox are motor vehicles, electric utilities, and other industrial,...
