The boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler adopts the double drums horizontal D type structure, belongs to the SZS series. The boiler applied full membrane wall in the front and rear of the boiler body, which effectively prolongs the service life of the boiler. Also, the membrane water cooling wall surrounding the combustion chamber ensures good air tightness, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler up to 98%.
On the basis of the original production, the company rebuilt and expanded the production scale and the industrial chain, and ordered two sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

The manufacture of aerated concrete products relies on the autoclaved curing process to improve the performance of concrete, so that it is not affected by the temperature and humidity of the external environment. Therefore, in this process link, the quality of steam boiler affects the quality of concrete products to a certain extent. The customer ordered two sets of WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.
Tangshan Shengda Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It is a professional production company of corrugated paper. In the production process of paper, the drying process needs a lot of steam, therefore, the customer company ordered a set of SZS series gas steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.
