I. Project Background:

The manufacture of aerated concrete products relies on the autoclaved curing process to improve the performance of concrete, so that it is not affected by the temperature and humidity of the external environment. Therefore, in this process link, the quality of steam boiler affects the quality of concrete products to a certain extent. The customer ordered two sets of WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN WNS series boiler is designed with the three-pass horizontal chamber combustion wetback structure. The boiler is equipped with the advanced burner, and strengths the heat exchange through the high-efficient heat transfer element, to improve the thermal efficiency up to 98%.
