Case introduction

I. Project Background:

Corn starch processing, such as corn feeding, impregnation liquid circulation, concentration and drying, requires steam as a heat source. ZOZEN Boiler provides a set of SZS series of condensing gas-fired steam boiler for the customer starch plant.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and D-type chamber structure. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall, which ensures good air tightness, and effectively reduces the heat loss, improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler to more than 98%.

In addition, the steam drum is designed with reasonable size, coping with the moisture separator, the sufficient steam with good quality can be guaranteed. The boiler can also install the advanced low-nitrogen burner to effectively inhibit the generation of NOx.
