Low-pressure boilers operate at a lower pressure and reach lower temperatures than high-pressure steam boilers. Water in low-pressure boilers is not heated beyond 250ºF, and the steam pressure does not exceed 15 psi (pounds per square inch).
When they reach a certain size, industrial steam boilers are installed in a boiler room which is necessary to ensure safety while they are operating as pressure equipment, in accordance with local regulations.
Whether it's an industrial hot water boiler or an industrial steam boiler, they all depend on fuel to run. The process of heating is initiated as the burner heats or eventually evaporates the water inside of it. It's actually transported via intricate pipe systems.

Oil Fired Boilers generally require Day Oil Tank to store oil and this oil is transported to a burner through oil piping and oil pump. On the other hand, High-Efficiency Gas Fired Boilers are exactly same as Oil Fired Boilers in construction and the only difference is the transportation of gas to burner requires gas train which comprises of the gas regulator that regulates pressure, the gas strainer to remover dirt from gas while no such valves are required in oil fired boilers.

1)Know the conditions, environment, and demand characteristics of the plant, and accurately specify these conditions to the boiler manufacturer.
2)Provide a boiler house layout and installation that promotes good operation and maintenance.
3)Select the control systems that allow the boiler to operate safely and efficiently.
4)Select the control systems that will support the boiler in supplying dry steam to the plant at the required pressure(s) and flowrate(s).
5)Identify the fuel to be used and, if necessary, where and how the fuel reserve is to be safely stored.
The automatic boiler water level controller is mainly composed of hardware and software parts to complete the functions of the control system. The hardware part is mainly composed of the water level detection circuit, drive circuit, water level indication circuit, pressure automatic control simulation, manual control, etc. The software part is mainly composed of the programs written in assembly language.
The safety valve of the boiler refers to the valve on the top of the boiler near the boiler control room. The function of the safety valve is to be opened automatically to exhaust the steam and restore the pressure when the boiler pressure exceeds the specified valve, so as to ensure the safety of boiler pressure-bearing components and steam turbines.
