In response to the question, senior engineers who have engaged in industrial boiler technology analyzed the essence of energy-saving and environment-friendly boilers from four aspects, including the condition of fuel combustion, boiler heat dissipation, exhaust temperature and emission indicators.

ZOZEN fully considered the effects of altitude and atmospheric pressure on gas-fired steam boilers when designing the boiler system solution. Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have clearly proposed that biomass-fired boiler heating is a green, low-carbon, clean and economical renewable heating method, which is suitable for small and medium-sized industrial parks heating and urban heating. The gas-fired thermal oil heater is the second cooperation between ZOZEN and Lier Chemical. Last year, the company has ordered SZS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has reduced production energy consumption and improved production efficiency for Lier Chemical. The low NOx feature of ZOZEN boilers reduces pollutant emissions, and jointly promote environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction with Lier Chemical.
In mid-October, the Service Center of ZOZEN received a call from the customer and reported that the NOx emission from the gas-fired boiler exceeded the standard. This customer is a renowned enterprise in the beverage industry. Its subsidiaries all introduced ZOZEN low NOx steam boilers. The burner of ZOZEN low NOx boiler adopts air partition, fuel partition and flue gas recirculation technologies to achieve low NOx combustion, reduce the combustion temperature in the central flame area while achieving the requirement of NOx emission below 30mg/m3. This should not happen in theory. In this regard, ZOZEN immediately sent professional technicians to the boiler room to check.
