ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boiler has a larger furnace design, which fully ensures the sufficient steam storage area and heating surface, which efficiently and continuously generates steam, and provides sufficient and stable heat source for the heating project.
According to the customer's production line technology, ZOZEN provided the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. The boiler structure is optimized to have sufficient steam storage space and heating surface, and can produce high-quality steam more efficiently and stably.
This time, ZOZEN Boiler provides three sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for the project. The boiler system adopts automatic control system, and the system and interlock protection device realize the integrated and automatic control of several set of boilers to ensure the stable operation and safety.
The superheated steam boiler ordered in cooperation with ZOZEN Boiler is mainly used for steam production of vegetable protein powder. There are two requirements for customers: 1, high-temperature steam with stable output; 2, biogas, a by-product of production, is used as part of boiler fuel.
Huzhou Chuanyuan Food Co., Ltd. is an export enterprise of perilla, with salted perilla as its main product, and Japan as its main export market. Japan has strict regulations on imported food. Therefore, Chuanyuan Company has cooperated with ZOZEN Boiler with a set of two-pass gas-fired steam boiler, which is mainly used for sterilization, disinfection, drying and other technical aspects.
The production, drying and curing of concrete need steam. According to the production technology of the customer, ZOZEN Boiler provided the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler.
Corn starch processing, such as corn feeding, impregnation liquid circulation, concentration and drying, requires steam as a heat source. ZOZEN Boiler provides a set of SZS series of condensing gas-fired steam boiler for the customer starch plant.
