Gas-fired boilers are widely applied for civil use and in the industry with high thermal efficiency and good eco-friendly performance. What are the precautions for the commissioning of newly installed gas-fired boilers?
Fuel freezing point is the temperature at which the fuel loses fluidity. It is an important index that indicates the fuel flows at low temperatures. It often refers to the maximum temperature at which the oil surface remains stationary within 1 minute. The higher the fuel freezing point, the lower the low-temperature fluidity. When the oil temperature is below the freezing point, it cannot be transported in the pipeline.
Retrofitting a piece of equipment or an existing industrial heating system can be very challenging, but it can be especially frustrating if you haven't planned well ahead of time. You'll want to be sure that you've done your homework to ensure that retrofitting the piece of equipment you have in the way you have in mind is actually possible.
If it is possible, you'll want to work with the appropriate engineers to figure out exactly what it will entail, how much it will cost, what impact it will have on operations, etc.
Efficiency is especially important on a large scale and manufacturing and production operations are no exception. Here are two key reasons why you may want to consider upgrading your industrial heating equipment or installing a new, highly efficient thermal fluid heating system in your plant or facility.
The boiler gas consumption calculation need the following parameters: gas calorific value and boiler thermal efficiency.
Theoretically, the gas consumption of boiler = boiler thermal capacity ÷ (calorific value of gas x boiler thermal efficiency )
Take the 1 tph steam boiler as an example:
= 600,000 cal / (8500Kcal * 0.98) =72m3/h, the 1 tph boiler's gas consumption per hour is about 72 cubic meters.
The pressure of the steam is directly related to its temperature. So process temperature will require steam used to be at a specified pressure. For example, a process requires that needs temperatures at 150°C will require steam delivered at 6 Kg/cm2 or higher.
Question details (performance):Black smoke happens during operating. Answer: Fault reason:(1) Insufficient air volume, improper air distribution, low furnace temperature: boiler usually equipped with air preheater, but when the air preheater has leakage, hot air flow doesn't satisfy the need of burning, smoke will happen.(2) In the case of stalling situation in full automatic oil-fired boiler: significant increase of furnace negative pressure, no flame can be seen from the inspection hole, steam pressure and steam temperature drop, the steam flow decreases sharply. The water level drops suddenly and then rises sharply.(3) Incomplete fuel burning: this is the main cause of boiler smoke, in the operation, some combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane will be generated in addition to carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, water vapor and oxygen, nitrogen, etc. during incomplete combustion. They burn and generate black smoke. Incomplete combustion of fuel will not only lead t
(Question Details) Specific Performance:The pipe of superheater bursts in circulating fluidized bed boiler operation. The bed pressure indicator fluctuates little. Answer: causes of failure:(1) Design Factors.(2) Manufacturing process, installation and maintenance quality.(3) The temperature control device is unreasonable or does not work properly.(4) Effect of operating conditions on overheating and explosion of superheater. Troubleshooting:(1) Report the fact to operator on duty and require operating the boiler in low load.(2) When the overheat damage is serious, please report it to operator on duty and require stoping the boiler immediately to prevent blowout of the near pipes.(3) Adjust the steam temperature as much as possible within the normal range.(4) If the superheater tube is not damaged badly, it has little effect on the temperature level of the steam, and it can be allowed to run in a low load range for a short period of time.
