It provides services for pulp and paper, energy and environmental protection, salt manufacturing and salt chemical engineering, household appliances, food, construction, municipal and other industries. In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, CEC finally chose ZOZEN boiler as the boiler supplier for this project based on the investigation on the domestic boiler market. SZL series steam boiler is a longitudinal double-drum chain grate water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN on the basis of advanced international technology and its own experience. 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. the combustion air system (base) adopts independent compartment and scientific sealing structure; reasonable air conditioning device improves combustion efficiency. The water membrane wall, the front and rear arches and the hearth constitute the boiler furnace, A bank of return convection tube bundles are arranged at the rear of the boiler body to sufficiently absorb the heat released by the combustion. The SZL series chain grate steam boiler system customized by ZOZEN has excellent performance and the thermal efficiency is more than 5% higher than the similar boiler system on the market.
