4 tph WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler project for universities

Founded in 1958, Changchun University of Science and Technology has three campuses with a building area of 627,000 square meters and a total of 29,820 students. Therefore, the boiler plays a non-negligible role in ensuring the daily needs of teachers and students.
Facing the severe situation of environmental protection, Changchun University of Science and Technology decided to upgrade the original boilers. ZOZEN won the trust of Changchun University of Science and Technology with its advantages of safety, efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving and rich experience in boiler projects. In order to fully meet the needs of the university, ZOZEN customized a branch of WNS series gas-fired steam boiler systems. In terms of safety, ZOZEN has a complete and strict quality inspection process, fundamentally avoiding hidden dangers of quality, meanwhile, more than ten kinds of safety protection interlocking devices such as the failsafe interlock of burners to ensure the safety of the boiler during operation. In terms of environmental protection, WNS series natural gas fired boilers adopt self-developed combustion optimization control technology, combined with advanced low NOx combustion devices, effectively controlling NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm³, which is in line with environmental requirements. In addition, in order to achieve better energy-saving effect, ZOZEN installed energy-saving devices on the tail of the boiler flue, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach as high as 98%.
