I. Project Background:

Tianchang Wanjia Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. The company is mainly engaged in the production, processing and sales of packaging and decoration prints, packaging materials and packages.

In order to meet the expanding production scale, Wanjia Packaging Company purchased a set of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler system of ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

There may be insufficient combustion of fuel in ordinary biomass boilers. SZL series biomass steam boilers provided by ZOZEN Boiler can choose different grates according to different fuels. At the same time, different independent air distributions are set according to the tonnage of the boiler, and the air distribution is adjusted according to the combustion situation, so as to ensure the full combustion of fuel.

The boiler is also equipped with an advanced intelligent control system, which can automatically control fuel supply, ash discharge and slag discharge, with a high degree of automation and easy operation.
