How to use boiler deoxidant?
At the same water temperature, the larger the excess amount of oxygen scavenger in water, the faster and more complete the chemical reaction. Under the same dosage, the higher the water temperature, the better the deoxidization effect. Under the same deoxidization effect, the higher the water temperature, the smaller the dosage.
The dosage g of oxygen scavenger can be calculated according to the following formula: G=8[O2]+β
In which O2 means the oxygen content in water, mg/L; β means the excess amount of β-deoxidizer. mg/L, usually takes 10-15.
The general dosage is 40-50 mg/L. Use orifice plate type, film type dosing device or piston pump to feed water pipe in front of feed water pump.
