What are the energy-saving measures of the natural gas fired boiler?

Boiler is a piece of equipment with large energy consumption. Therefore, both boiler manufacturers and purchasers regard energy conservation as an important indicator of boiler performance. The daily energy-saving measures of the natural gas fired boiler are mainly as follows:

1) Feed water treatment. The natural gas fired boiler should be equipped with water treatment equipment to reduce the risk of boiler scaling.

2) Combustion equipment. As the core equipment of the gas-fired boiler, the burner performance has a great impact on the energy-saving performance of the boiler. For instance, whether the fuel can be burned sufficiently or whether the fire can be automatically controlled and adjusted according to the actual boiler operation conditions.

3) Blowdown treatment. The blowdown treatment work should be regular in the operation of gas-fired steam boiler. The boiler operator should conduct the blowdown treatment every shift to reduce the boiler scaling, improve the boiler thermal efficiency and enhance the steam quality.

4) Energy-saving device. The energy-saving devices of the boiler such as economizer and condenser can use the high-temperature flue gas to heat the boiler water and improve the feed water temperature, so as to reduce the fuel consumption per unit time and improve the fuel utilization.
