1) The type of heat medium oil. Choose the reasonable type of heat medium oil with good quality according to the boiler type.

2) The circulation of heat medium oil. The circulating flow rate of heat medium oil should not be less than 1.5m/s. If the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the thermal oil heater is too large, the original design requirements will be destroyed. For instance, the heat medium oil can not maintain the original circulation state, the boundary layer thickens, and the thermal resistance becomes larger, which will bring a series of problems to the boiler operation.

3) Avoid the sudden interruption of power supply. Do a good job in the power supply.

4) Attention to the overtemperature operation. The overtemperature use of the thermal oil heater is prohibited.
