What methods can effectively extend the service life of the thermal oil heater?

1) Conduction oil type. The conduction oil should be reasonably selected according to the boiler type and the conduction oil quality should meet the standards.

2) Conduction oil circulation. The circulating flow rate of the conduction oil should not be less than 1.5m/s. If the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the thermal oil heater is too large, the original design requirements will be destroyed, so the conduction oil can not maintain the original circulating state. The boundary layer will thicken and the thermal resistance will enlarge, which can bring a series of problems for the boiler operation.

3) Avoid the sudden power failure. Prepare the power support for avoiding the sudden power failure.

4) Attention to the overtemperature operation. Overtemperature operation is strictly prohibited and overtemperature use should be avoided.
