What are the possible consequences of large fluctuation of boiler water level?
When the water level is high, the quality of steam will drop. This is because the water level will enter the steam-water separator, and the water will slide out with the steam.
The high water level is caused by the inlet water being larger than the evaporation, which will cause the pressure drop.
Steam with water will cause pipeline water impact, which will cause pipeline and even user equipment damage in severe cases.
When the water level is low, there will be no water in the downcomer, which will destroy the circulating system and eventually lead to damage to the heating surface. It will explode if it is serious.
When the water level is low, false water level will be generated, and the consequence is the same as the previous one.
