What are the quick ignition steps of the boiler?
Boiler ignition refers to the process of opening the ignition fuel valve through the igniter and ignition fuel after the boiler ignition preparation is completed, then turning on the ignition switch, and turning off the ignition system after the combustion flame is stable and normal.
The purpose of boiler ignition: to pressurize and raise the temperature inside the boiler, so that the fuel of the boiler can enter the furnace chamber for stable ignition and combustion.
The ignition steps of the hot water boiler:
- The hot water boiler should be comprehensively inspected before ignition, and the accessory pipes should also be inspected. Close the drain valve and open the pressure gauge cock to allow the air in the hot water boiler to be discharged.
- Slowly inject the treated water into the hot water boiler, and the inlet water temperature is generally not higher than 40℃. When the water level reaches the lowest position of the water level gauge, close the water supply valve. After the water level is stable, observe whether the water level is lowered, and then supplement it to the normal water level.
- When the hot water boiler is ignited, open the ignition door, place firewood and other igniters (nails are forbidden to bring in) at the front end of the grate for ignition, open the large flue gas damper to enhance the natural ventilation. After the ignitor burns, turn down the flue gas damper, and turn on the induced draft fan intermittently. After the ignitor burns vigorously, start manual coal filling, observe the fire situation at the fire observation hole, and stir the fire appropriately. After the coal can catch fire continuously, adjust the drum and induced air volume, and maintain the negative pressure of the furnace.
