Structural characteristics of 100-ton gas-fired hot water boiler
The furnace body structure of ZOZEN SZS series 100 gas-fired hot water boiler adopts large-volume furnace design, and with the imported ultra-low nitrogen burner, it can effectively inhibit the generation of NOX, which is better than the emission standard of 30mg/Nm³. With waste heat recovery devices such as condenser economizer, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 95%, effectively reducing the operating cost. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with various safety interlocks such as overpressure alarm, overtemperature alarm and low water level alarm to ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation.
