Daily inspection items:

1. The valve instrument system includes pressure gauge, water level gauge, safety valve, blowdown device, steam valve, water supply valve, etc. The performance meets the requirements, and the valve switch is in good condition.

2. Automatic control device system, including detection, control, alarm and interlocking of combustion, water level and pressure, meets the requirements.

3. Water supply system, including water level of soft water tank, water supply temperature, water softener equipment, etc., is in normal state.

4. Combustion system, including fuel reserves, transmission lines, transmission equipment, combustion equipment, fuel cut-off devices, etc., is in normal state.

5. Ventilation system, including blower, induced draft fan, damper, flue gas duct, etc., with normal fan operation and damper opening, smooth air duct and no air leakage.
