What are the ventilation modes of boilers?
Boiler ventilation refers to the technology of continuously sending the air needed for fuel combustion into the boiler hearth, and discharging the exothermic flue gas out of the furnace in time to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the boiler. According to the different causes, what are the ventilation modes of boilers:
1. Natural ventilation is to use the density difference between the hot flue gas in the chimney and the outside cold air to overcome the flow resistance of boiler ventilation. It is only suitable for small boilers with simple structure and little flue gas resistance;
2. Mechanical ventilation is the ventilation head generated by forced draft fan and induced draft fan to overcome the flow resistance of smoke and air duct, which is suitable for boilers with tail heating surface and dust removal device.
According to different pressures, what are the ventilation modes of boilers:
1. The positive pressure ventilation in the boiler flue gas system only device blower. The resistance of the boiler system is overcome by the pumping force of the chimney and the blower. At this time, the furnace and all flues of the boiler work under positive pressure, which eliminates air leakage and improves the combustion intensity and thermal efficiency of the boiler.
2. Balanced ventilation refers to the installation of forced draft fan and induced draft fan in the boiler smoke and wind system at the same time, which runs under negative pressure from the air duct inlet to the furnace, so that the safety and sanitary conditions of the boiler room are better. Compared with negative pressure ventilation, the air leakage of boiler is also small. In heating boilers, balanced ventilation is mostly used.
3. Negative pressure ventilation system only installs induced draft fan in the flue in front of the chimney to overcome all the ventilation resistance. This method is suitable for small boilers which are not easy to wear induced draft fan, have little ventilation resistance and have good sealing performance, otherwise it will cause serious air leakage and increase smoke exhaust loss.
