What is the basic knowledge of chain grate boiler?

Chain grate boiler is a kind of mechanized combustion boiler equipment which is widely used in industrial boilers.
The fuel ignition condition of chain grate boiler is "limited ignition". The fuel enters the chain grate through the coal hopper, then enters the furnace with the movement of the chain grate to start its combustion process, and the burnt coal cinder is discharged to the slag well at the tail of the chain grate with the movement of the chain grate. Therefore, compared with reciprocating furnace, vibrating furnace and fluidized bed furnace, chain grate has higher requirements on coal quality. Mechanical coal thrower basically belongs to infinite fire grate, and its adaptability to coal quality is relatively wide.
