What is the pulverized coal fired boiler?

The industrial pulverized coal fired boiler is a new type of industrial coal-fired boiler focusing on pulverized coal combustion technology. The impurities are well removed when the grinding fitness of pulverized coal reaches 200 mesh. The pulverized coal is easy to be ignited and has few ash contents, which can enhance the complete combustion rate and reduce the burden of dust removal.

The three main characteristics of pulverized coal fired boiler:

1) Energy saving and high efficiency. Pulverized coal fired boiler takes pulverized coal combustion as the core technology. The complete combustion rate of pulverized coal can reach 98% and above, so the thermal efficiency of boiler operation can reach 88% and above, which is impossible for traditional boilers.

2) Eco-friendly and clean. Via multistage pollutant removal process, pulverized coal fired boiler can make the pollutant emission much less than the current standards, which is almost close to or meets the pollutant emission requirements for oil-fired or gas-fired boiler. It also can achieve a good effect on purifying PM2.5 fine particulate pollutant and can meet strict or even harsh environmental protection requirements.
