What type of dust collector should be configured for biomass boiler?
For the dust removal of biomass boiler, centralized or decentralized dust removal system are generally selected according to the process flow, and available dust can be recovered as much as possible under the conditions of process permission. The core of dust removal system is various types of dust collectors, including bag filter, electrostatic filter and electric bag filter. Bag-type dust removal technology is the main dust removal technology. Bag-type dust remover uses deep filtration or surface filtration to block dust outside the filter cloth and pass through clean gas, which has the advantages of high efficiency of dust removal, strong adaptability and simple maintenance. With the improvement of filter material quality of bag filter, the dust concentration of bag filter is generally below 30 mg/m3.
In order to solve the problem that sticky components such as carbon black in biomass combustion flue gas dust are easy to cause bag sticking, the equipment powder spraying system and flame arrestor are set on the flue between cyclone separator and bag filter.
According to the accumulated experience in the dust removal industry of biomass boiler, bag-type pulse dust collector was adopted. Considering flue gas temperature and mixed sparks, cyclone collector is used in front of bag-type dust collector, which can reduce flue gas temperature and separate large particles with ignition conditions. In order to reduce the resistance of the whole system, choose cyclone collectors with low resistance.
