Noor Fatima FABRICS (PVT) LTD. is a large home-textile and clothing manufacturer in Pakistan, catering to customers all over the world. Organic heat carrier boilers provide heat energy for the production process of hot melt solidification, high temperature steaming, drying and stereo type. This year, the company planned to enlarge the production scale, which resulted in high fuel consumption of boilers. Considering the high operating costs, the company decided to purchase a new set of high efficient organic heat carrier boiler.
Based on ZOZEN's influence in Pakistan market, Noor Fatima paid a visit to ZOZEN, and conducted in-depth technical exchanges with ZOZEN boiler technical team. ZOZEN provided the 9.4MW YLW series organic heat carrier boiler to the company. The boiler with sufficient output can completely satisfy the needs for daily production.
The organic heat carrier boiler produced by ZOZEN is equipped with waste heat boiler and air pre-heater on the tail of the boiler, which will effectively reduce the waste of heat energy through recycling the waste heat of high temperature flue gas. Thermal efficiency is 5~15% higher than common organic heat carrier boiler, design for maximum energy-saving and cost-reducing.
