Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. The furnace of ZOZEN SZL series coal fired boilers adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace. Furnace radiation area is large, maintenance workload is small, overall weight is light.

With the application of patented technology in chain grate furnace, ZOZEN has realized the high efficiency and low emission of DZL series steam boilers. The thermal efficiency can reach 82% and NOx emissions can be less than 100mg/Nm3, which not only improves the combustion efficiency but also reduces the operating costs and pollution emissions of enterprises.
