ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor.

ZOZEN SHX series CFB boiler, evaporation capacity from 10- 75 tph, with steam pressure 1.25-2.5 Mpa and the steam temperature is saturated steam and superheated steam. Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. CFCB technology is a new type and mature high efficient, low pollution and green technology, 10ton steam boiler.

The furnace of ZOZEN SZL series coal fired boilers adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace. Furnace radiation area is large, maintenance workload is small, overall weight is light.

The key processing technologies of the steel plate of ZOZEN gas fired boiler, such as the slanting of the steel plate, the circle, and the drilling of the drum, all adopt advanced CNC processing technology to reduce assembly stress and extend the service life of the boiler. Process to ensure welding quality, all longitudinal and circumferential welds are 100% radiographically inspected.
