China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology, 2000kg h gas steam boiler.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

Recently, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters gained favor of SOTRATECH in Mauritius, which is an energy company engaged in utilization and development of sustainable energy. This time SOTRATECH wanted to purchase one thermal oil heater for a local textile mill, providing heat energy for dying, printing, drying and other production progresses. The director of SOTRATECH said that ZOZEN thermal oil heater featured advanced production technology and strict quality test standards, then he ordered a set of 2.8MW YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker, 2000kg h gas steam boiler.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction, 2000kg h gas steam boiler.
