ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle, popcorn boiler.

Designed to wrap the whole furnace body for heat preservation. There are no heat transfer supports between the furnace body and the outside surface. The appearance is mirror polished stainless steel with a protective coating. After the boiler is installed, remove the coating and show the mirror polished stainless steel appearance. Advantages: a good-looking appearance, low temperature of surface, low heat dissipation.

In order to ensure the accurate air distribution of biomass fired boilers, the production department of ZOZEN pays great attention to the first step in boiler manufacturing. The steel plate is cut by American Pegasus underwater plasma cutting, whose processing accuracy can be controlled within 1 mm.
